Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight and destination, we provide FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders over US$108, after all discounts applied, in most countries. We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. Delivery Time

Delivery Time=Processing Time+Shipping Time
*The processing time may vary for different items. Once your order is placed, you can check the order shipping info from the online order status page. We will also inform you through your registered email.

For in-stock products, your delivery time will contain 1-5 business days of order processing time plus the shipping time listed below.
For pre-order products, your delivery time will be calculated from the estimated shipping date plus the shipping time listed below.

Shipping FAQS

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

What can I do if I never receive my order?
In any case, the parcel may return to us for one of the following reasons.
· Unclaimed (>90% ** All Parcels will be returned if they are unclaimed within 14 days upon the arrival.)
· Insufficient Address
· Vacant
· Refused
Disregarding any reasons, the Company will be charged the return delivery cost by our local Post Office for all undelivered or unclaimed parcels. The customer should be responsible for the return delivery charge and re-shipment charge if parcels or goods returned "unclaimed" or due to address the related problems.
